Medical Walk In Clinics
Church Health Services was started to help the people in our area communities who have difficulty in receiving basic health care because of low income. If you live in our area communities, and feel you meet our guidelines (see medical eligibility page) then give us a call (920) 887-1766 opt. 1. To donate to our mission and our medical clinics, click the button below.
We look forward to helping you with your health care needs. Nurses, clergy, physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants will provide this help. These health care professionals from our community volunteer their time for this very important work. They all work together as a team to provide you with a high level of care and you are an important member of that team. Your active involvement in your health care is key. The actual clinic facility is similar to that found in a regular doctor's office as they are fully equipped, private examination rooms.

Walk-in medical clinics are held several times throughout the month. No appointment is needed.
**It is important for you to be aware that health care from Church Health Services is only available during those clinic sessions. If a medical concern arises outside of these clinic sessions, it is your responsibility to seek health care from another setting like your personal physician or an area emergency room. For current walk-in clinic dates, call Church Health Services, look on our Facebook Page, or the sign in front of our building on Center St. |
