Adult Counseling Services

CHS offers affordable counseling services to individuals and families whose income falls below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Click HERE to see the FPL Table

* This includes those individuals who are BadgerCare/Medicaid insurance. At this time for those individuals who have BadgerCare/Medicaid we cannot accept HMO plans.  If you are unsure of the type of BadgerCare/Medicaid insurance you have call the number on the back of your card.  A service representative will be able to tell you what type of plan you have.

Counseling varies from drug addiction to helping a person cope with a stressful life situation. We offer many types of counseling such as:
  • Individual Counseling

  • Drug Abuse/Addiction Counseling
  • Counseling for depression and anxiety
  • Behavior Counseling

Our therapists work with their clients to listen to their concerns, uncover their needs, and help them deal with life challenges.
