Michael Augustson, MD Executive Director michaela@churchclinic.org	Mike is the co-founder and Executive Director of CHS. He also serves as the volunteer Medical Director and volunteer clinic physician. Mike received a BA from North Park University and then a MD from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He completed his specialty training in Family Practice at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center and Christ Hospital in the Chicago area. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Medical Society and the Christian Medical and Dental Associations. Mike is also in private practice at Medical Associates of Beaver Dam, a Dean-St. Mary's Regional Clinic
Lois Augustson, RN, MSN Director of Congregational Health loisa@churchclinic.org	Lois joined CHS in November of 1993 as the first employee and currently serves as the Director of Congregational Health. She also is the parish nurse for Trinity Church and the nursing consultant to the CHS executive leadership team. Lois is a master�s prepared registered nurse with a clinical specialty in community health nursing and additional educational preparation in parish nursing and as a parish nurse coordinator. She is a graduate of North Park University and St. Xavier University. She also currently holds an adjunct faculty position at Marian College, Fond du Lac, WI, in Parish Nursing & Public Health Nursing.
